Awards Won Through the International Fraternity: Phi Kappa Sigma
The Phi Kappa Sigma International Fraternity awarded the Gamma Theta Chapter at West Chester University the Chapter Excellence Award
The Gamma theta Chapter at West Chester University received the Chapter Excellence Award by the Phi Kappa Sigma International Fraternity for the 2006-2007 academic year. The Chapter Excellence Award is given to a chapter that excels in all areas of tasks. All awards are evaluated and chosen through the International Fraternity's standards program, Mitchell Chapter Standards, which evaluates chapters based on philanthropy, chapter management, and alumni/campus involvement.
The Chapter also received the following awards:
-Winner: Most Improved Chapter Gamma Theta Chapter
-Runner Up: Recruitment Excellence Award for the Highest Percentage of Growth

The Gamma Theta Chapter won the following awards through West Chester University this past year:
-Most Improved Greek Organization
-Creative Program of the Year (Turkey Bowl)
-Second Place in Greek Week 08'
-First IFC Championship Game Appearance 08'
-Third Place in Greek Week 07'
-First Place in Homecoming Parade 06'
-Tom Worley, Alpha (President) last year, won Greek Man of the Year
